One-time fees

  • Application fee (non-refundable) – $50 – This fee covers the cost of the background checks we run in order to approve your application, including the screening of one guarantor. This fee is due upon submission of your electronic application.
  • Admin fee (non-refundable) – $25 – Residents will be charged a one-time service fee for administration, billing, bill auditing, overhead and similar expenses and charges to be incurred by the Landlord for the Term of this Lease.
  • Security Deposit (refundable) – $200 – This fee is due upon move-in and is refundable at the end of your lease term.

 

Monthly fees

  • Parking – parking is available for a monthly fee. Standard parking starts at $155 for and goes to $185 for Premium parking. This price is subject to change based on availability.
  • Pest control fee – $1 – Covers both scheduled preventative treatments and on-demand pest control services for your residence.
  • Rentistry – $6.95 – A credit-building service that reports your on-time monthly rent payments to leading credit bureaus, helping you improve your financial health.

 

Annual fees

  • Utility admin fee (non-refundable) – $79.20 – This one-time service fee covers the setup, administration, and ongoing management of your utility billing services throughout the term of your lease.
