If you’re a Rambler College Park North future resident or parent, you’re probably curious about the progress of the building. We’re excited to provide you with some updates and will continue doing so as we have more information.
Construction is moving steadily, and Rambler remains on schedule for an August 2027 move-in. We will be providing monthly updates to give you a clear view into progress across the building, from exterior work to interiors and amenities.
What’s the latest on RCPN’s construction?
- The building is 75% complete
- We have finished units (!)
- The construction team will start laying down the spa deck pavers next week
Is Rambler going to be ready for fall move-in?
Rambler College Park North is hitting every milestone right on schedule. Each month, the building feels less like a construction site and more like the apartments you’ll actually call home next fall.
Move-in will be here before you know it, and we can’t wait to welcome our first residents in August 2027!
