What’s included in your monthly installment at Rambler College Park South?
Your lease is a total amount divided into 12 equal monthly installments. At Rambler College Park South, your installment includes:
- All utilities except electricity
- Premium Wi-Fi from Whitesky
- A fully furnished apartment, including a bed, dresser, desk and chair
- An in-unit washer and dryer
- A 50-inch TV in the living room, plus a 32-inch TV in the bedrooms of premium units
- Access to every amenity and our on-call staff
What are the monthly fees at Rambler College Park South?
Recurring charges fall into four groups: your installment, required monthly fees, situational fees and electricity billed by use.
Monthly installment
Your installment depends on your floor plan and room. Installments are due by the 1st of each month, with a late fee added on if rent isn’t paid by the 6th. Pay through your resident portal.
Unit premiums
Some rooms and units carry a monthly premium, built into your installment:

Required monthly fees
Renter’s insurance or Cardinal Protect: $13.95 a month. All residents need renter’s insurance. You can meet the requirement in one of two ways:
- Provide proof of your own renter’s insurance that meets the requirements in your lease. A personal policy can also cover your belongings.
- Enroll in Cardinal Protect for $13.95 a month.
If you don’t provide proof of qualifying third-party insurance, you’ll be enrolled in Cardinal Protect automatically.
Rentistry: $6.95 a month.
Pest control: $1 a month. Covers regular pest service for your apartment.
Situational monthly fees
These only apply if they fit your lease:
- Double occupancy: $200 a month. Available in studio and one-bedroom floorplans.
- LEAP guarantor program: $25 to enroll, plus a monthly fee that varies by floorplan. If you don’t have a qualifying guarantor and don’t prepay two installments, LEAP acts as your guarantor.
- Short-term premium: $200.

Usage-based electricity
Electricity is submetered and billed monthly by Conservice based on your unit’s use. Bills post to your resident portal automatically.

Rambler College Park South has a secured garage with 266 spaces. Pricing is tiered and rises as spots sell, so leasing early gets you the best rate:
- Standard (lower level): $155 a month
- Premium (first floor): $185 a month
Pets
Rambler College Park South is not a pet-friendly community, so there are no pet fees.
What fees can you avoid at Rambler College Park South?
You’ll only see these if something goes wrong:
