Located on Knox Road, The Hub is a seven minute walk from the Robert H. Smith School of business, making it accessible to get to campus. It’s a nine minute walk to McKeldin Mall, and is near other off-campus student apartments.

Rambler College Park North

Located on Baltimore Avenue, Rambler College Park North sits just minutes away from North Campus, making students who have classes in STEM, Engineering and Computer Science convenient. Additionally, students can dine at any of the restaurants located along Route 1.

The Hub

The Hub has floor plan options from studios to five-bedroom units, providing flexibility to students’ needs. Every unit comes fully furnished with in-unit laundry, cable and high speed internet. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Rambler College Park North

Rambler College Park North’s kitchens feature elevated finishes and fixtures, including white oak–look cabinetry, gray matte countertops, matte black fixtures and a handmade, glazed tile backsplash with subtle geometric nuance. Bathrooms are designed with similarly elevated finishes, featuring modern black fixtures and custom vanities with a gray matte countertop.

Every unit comes fully furnished with in-unit washer and dryer, TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen has a modern feel and stainless steel appliances.
