Rambler College Park North

Positioned on Baltimore Avenue, Rambler College Park North places residents close to North Campus– a convenient spot for those with classes in STEM, engineering, computer science and related majors. Students also have immediate access to the restaurants and shops along Route 1, which makes grabbing food or coffee easy between classes.

Rambler College Park South provides a variety of floor plans from studios to four-bedrooms. The layout options are different and can offer flexibility toward prospective residents. As of July 2026, pricing ranges from $950 to over $2,100 a month, depending on the level of finishes and floor plan size. These are subject to change.
