Rambler College Park South is located on College Avenue, just steps from Fraternity Row and within walking distance of McKeldin Mall. Its location places residents close to campus traditions, student organizations, restaurants and nightlife destinations. 

The community is also conveniently located near the College Park Metro Station, making it a practical choice for students completing internships or exploring opportunities throughout the Washington, D.C., area.

Rambler College Park South

Rambler College Park South offers floor plans ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, providing options for both independent living and roommate groups. 

Each apartment includes in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and furnished interiors designed for student living. The variety of layouts allows residents to choose between private living arrangements and shared apartment experiences.
