Location: University View vs. Rambler College Park North

University View

University View sits directly along Baltimore Avenue, across from the University of Maryland campus.

Because of its location, many students can walk to campus areas like the Engineering building in just nine minutes.  For parents visiting campus, this proximity often gives peace of mind knowing students are close to their classes.

One of the most distinctive parts of the University View is that the building includes retail and restaurants on the ground floor. That means residents can go grab food, coffee or even SweetGreen with ease.

Rambler College Park North

Rambler College Park North is also situated on Baltimore Avenue, making it close to the University of Maryland northern side of campus.

For students who have classes on this side of campus, the location can make daily walks to class convenient. At the same time, the property also fosters convenience in the form of restaurants and coffee shops along Route 1 at your disposal.

For both students and parents, being near campus but still having the independence of apartment living is often one of the biggest benefits of living off campus.
