Townhome

The Hoxton is our premium four-bedroom townhouse at Rambler College Park North near the University of Maryland, and the largest floor plan in the building. Our townhomes offer two points of entry, offering access both through the building and via a shared stoop along 48th Avenue.. The Hoxton’s bedrooms each have their own bathrooms and walk-in closets, with a full laundry room upstairs and an extra storage closet near the stairs. Bedroom A is located on the ground floor, while bedrooms B, C and D are all located upstairs. At 1,767 square feet across two levels, it’s the largest townhome available at Rambler College Park.
