From a streamlined check-in process and a complimentary moving service to free coffee and a Parents’ Happy Hour, our team has planned every detail so you can focus on settling into your new home.
Here’s what you can expect on move-in day.
1. Enjoy a Quick & Easy Check-In
When you arrive at Landmark College Park, our team will be ready to welcome you and help get your move-in started. Police officers and Landmark staff will direct traffic and guide you through the designated unloading areas, making the arrival process organized and efficient.
Best of all, you’ll be able to remain in your vehicle while our team begins the check-in process. If there are any final items needed before move-in, a leasing team member will assist you in resolving them quickly, so you can get on your way.
Once you’re checked in, you’ll receive your move-in packet, which includes everything you’ll need to start your year at Landmark, including your keys, access fob, mailbox key. Wi-Fi information and important move-in resources.
2. Let the Pros Handle the Heavy Lifting
No one looks forward to carrying heavy furniture and endless boxes across campus. That’s why Landmark College Park offers complimentary white-glove moving services during move-in.
After checking in, simply pull into the designated unloading area outside the community, where professional movers will unload your belongings and transport them directly to your apartment. Our team coordinates the process from your vehicle to the elevators and all the way to your floor, making move-in day easier for both students and their families.
With Landmark handling the heavy lifting, you can spend less time moving boxes and more time getting comfortable in your new space.
3. Grab Complimentary Coffee & Donuts
Need a little energy after the drive to College Park? Stop by our on-site Dunkin’ Donuts for complimentary coffee and donuts on move-in morning.
Whether you’re fueling up before unpacking or taking a quick break after getting settled, it’s the perfect opportunity to recharge before continuing your move-in day.
4. Celebrate With Parents’ Happy Hour
After you’ve unpacked and started making yourself at home, join us for Parents’ Happy Hour in the Landmark clubroom.
Parents and family members can unwind with a drink and a charcuterie spread, meet other Landmark families and enjoy the community before move-in weekend wraps up. It’s a great way to celebrate the beginning of an exciting year.
5. Start Your Year at Landmark with Confidence
