Located on Knox Road, The Hub is a seven minute walk from the Robert H. Smith School of business, making it accessible to get to campus. It’s a nine minute walk to McKeldin Mall, and is near other off-campus student apartments.
Rambler College Park
Located on Baltimore Avenue, Rambler sits just minutes away from North Campus, making students who have classes in STEM, Engineering and Computer Science convenient. Additionally, students can dine at any of the restaurants located along Route 1.

Pricing and Floor Plans: The Hub vs. Rambler
The Hub
The Hub has floor plan options from studios to five-bedroom units, providing flexibility to students’ needs. Every unit comes fully furnished with in-unit laundry, cable and high speed internet. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
At the time of publication in July 2026, rates at The Hub ranged from $1,195 to $2,395 per person, per month, depending on unit size. All pricing is subject to change. Visit The Hub’s floor plan page or contact their leasing team for more information regarding their floor plans and pricing.
Rambler College Park
Rambler has floor plan options ranging from studios to five-bedrooms. You can find current availability and pricing on our floor plan page.
Rambler College Park’s kitchens feature elevated finishes and fixtures, including white oak–look cabinetry, gray matte countertops, matte black fixtures, and a handmade, glazed tile backsplash with subtle geometric nuance. Bathrooms are designed with similarly elevated finishes, featuring modern black fixtures and custom vanities with a gray matte countertop.
Every unit comes fully furnished with in-unit washer and dryer, TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen has a modern feel and stainless steel appliances.
