University View offers amenities designed to support both student life and everyday convenience.

Residents have access to study lounges throughout the building, which provide spaces for both group projects and quiet work sessions. The property also includes a fitness center, community lounge areas and an outdoor patio with a pool.

The building is known for its convenience factor: the ground floor includes a variety of retail stores and restaurants, allowing residents to grab food, groceries or coffee without being far from the buildings. The integrated retail space is one reason why many students choose the University View.

Apartments come fully furnished and typically include a washer dryer in unit, a full kitchen and high-speed internet access. Floor plans are designed for student living, with layouts that allow roommates to share common spaces while still having access to private bedrooms.

The building also uses controlled-access entry to maintain security measures for residents.

Parking is available in the building’s attached garage for an additional monthly fee, and availability can vary depending on demand. At the time of publication in September 2026, parking is approximately $125 a month but pricing is subject to change. Students interested in parking are usually encouraged to reserve a space early.

Floor Plans & Pricing

University View offers several floor plan options designed specifically for students, including studios, 2×2, 4×2 and 4x4s. Many units feature private bathrooms which can make shared living more comfortable for roommates. Pricing varies depending on layout, floor level and bedroom type, but at the time of publication in September 2026 ranges from $1,150 to about $2,100 per person per month.
