The Hub’s Location
Nestled just off campus on Knox Road, Hub College Park places residents within easy walking distance of UMD’s academic core, dining and downtown College Park amenities, with transit options close by and other College Park Apartments like Union on Knox and Landmark.

The Hub College Park Amenities
The Hub opened in 2023 and offers a suite of amenities.
On the rooftop, you can find the Hub’s sundeck with built-in seating, an outdoor lounge and a pool. Inside, they have a fitness center, yoga room and a spa with a sauna. Students can study in one of the clubrooms or private meeting areas, equipped with TVs, Macs and printers.

The Hub has a standard key fob system to limit access into the building, as well as an access-controlled parking garage. All units are fully furnished with a 55” living room TV, as well as a full size washer and dryer and ethernet ports in each bedroom. The units include internet, stainless steel appliances, quartz stone countertops and track lighting.
Hub+ VIP units include an upgraded 65” TV, a smart thermostat, light dimmers and voice activated smart home technology. Hub+ Mansion renters receive a private outdoor terrace equipped with a hot tub.
The Hub College Park Parking
For students wishing to bring their car to College Park, the Hub offers limited parking garage access for an additional monthly fee starting at $165/month. Parking is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Hub Floorplans & Pricing
The Hub College Park offers Murphy-style studios equipped with fold-out beds, traditional studios, 2×1, 4×4, 4×3.5, 4×4.5 and 5×4 floor plan options. Select studios and multi-bedroom units are available as VIP or Mansion upgrades.
